Introduction

• "Real Money Funds" —  Funds deposited by the User from their own financial accounts, denominated in MYR or equivalent cryptocurrency, which are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" —  Credits granted by bambu99 to a User pursuant to a promotion or offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Wagering Requirement" —  The total cumulative amount a User must wager using bonus funds before those funds, or winnings derived therefrom, become eligible for withdrawal. Expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 35x).
• "KYC" —  Know Your Customer verification — the identity and document verification process required by bambu99 before processing withdrawal requests or when triggered by account review procedures.
• "MYR" / "RM" —  Malaysian Ringgit, the primary fiat currency used for transactions on the bambu99 platform for Malaysian-resident users.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" —  Any country or territory in which the use of the bambu99 platform is restricted, prohibited by local law, or excluded under the Operator's licensing conditions.
• "Services" —  All products, games, betting markets, features, payment tools, support channels, and any other functionality made available to registered Users on bambu99.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on bambu99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. This age requirement is strictly enforced. bambu99 does not permit access to persons under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• You must not be subject to a voluntary or enforced self-exclusion order, court order, or any other legal restriction that prohibits your participation in online gambling.
• You must not be, and must not be acting on behalf of, an employee, director, officer, agent, or close relative of bambu99 or any affiliated entity.
• You must be registering the account in your own name, using accurate personal information. Registration on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• You must not have previously had an account on bambu99 that was suspended, terminated for cause, or blocked due to a violation of these Terms.

Account Registration

To access the Services on bambu99, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

4.1 — Single Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on bambu99. The operation of multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or IP addresses, is strictly prohibited. If bambu99 identifies that a User holds or has held more than one account, all accounts may be suspended, any balances may be voided, and any winnings accrued may be forfeited without prior notice.

4.2 — Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name (as it appears on your NRIC or passport), date of birth, email address, and payment details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. bambu99 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.3 — Account Approval

Submission of a registration application does not automatically confer the right to use the platform. bambu99 reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons. A registration is complete only upon explicit confirmation from bambu99.

4.4 — Account Currency

Accounts for Malaysian users are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The account currency is set at registration and cannot be changed after account creation. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at time of deposit, unless otherwise specified.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials. The following obligations and conditions apply:

• Your username and password must not be shared with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify bambu99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• bambu99 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to safeguard your login credentials.
• bambu99 reserves the right to require you to change your password at any time if it reasonably suspects that account security has been compromised.
• You agree not to use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with your account or any part of the platform.

Deposits & Payments

bambu99 supports a range of deposit methods specifically selected for Malaysian users, including but not limited to the following:

All deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet held in the same name as the registered bambu99 account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. bambu99 reserves the right to reverse any deposit it reasonably suspects to originate from an account not belonging to the registered User.

Deposits are credited to your bambu99 account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. bambu99 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, banking system, or network congestion outside its direct control.

6.1 — Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is RM30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent). Deposits below this threshold will not be accepted and will be returned to the originating account, subject to applicable network fees in the case of cryptocurrency.

6.2 — Currency Conversion

Where deposits are made in a currency other than MYR, conversion will occur at the rate applied by bambu99 at the time of processing. bambu99 is not responsible for foreign exchange fluctuations or conversion fees charged by the User's payment provider.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions and procedures:

7.1 — KYC Verification Requirement

All withdrawal requests require satisfactory completion of KYC identity verification. Users who have not yet completed KYC must submit the required documentation (valid NRIC, passport, or equivalent government-issued photo ID) before any withdrawal will be processed. KYC review is typically completed within 30 minutes during business hours.

7.2 — Withdrawal to Own Accounts Only

Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts, bank accounts, or cryptocurrency wallets held in the same name as the bambu99 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

7.3 — Processing Times

Expected withdrawal processing times by method are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: Typically 5–30 minutes after approval.
• DuitNow: Typically 5–30 minutes after approval.
• FPX / Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): Typically 30 minutes to 4 hours, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB): Dependent on network conditions; typically 10–60 minutes after approval.

These times are indicative only. bambu99 does not guarantee processing within these periods and is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network congestion.

7.4 — Wagering Requirements

Where a User's account holds Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal of those funds is permitted. Real Money Funds that have not been co-mingled with active Bonus Funds may generally be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC completion and standard security checks.

7.5 — Right to Request Documentation

bambu99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process, including but not limited to proof of source of funds, additional identity documents, or evidence of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

Bonuses & Promotions

bambu99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered Users. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered Users who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per User, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each promotion's terms. The wagering multiplier must be applied to the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion. Failure to meet requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• bambu99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already accrued by eligible Users.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the deliberate exploitation of bonus structures, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• bambu99 is not obligated to notify Users of bonuses for which they become eligible. Users are responsible for reviewing available promotions and claiming them through the appropriate channels.

Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming activity conducted on bambu99:

9.1 — Game Rules

Each game available on bambu99 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before placing wagers. bambu99 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a User's misunderstanding of game rules.

9.2 — Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game round, bambu99 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the User's account. Where a malfunction cannot be definitively identified, bambu99's decision shall be final and binding.

9.3 — Obvious Errors

bambu99 reserves the right to correct any obvious errors in odds, game parameters, or displayed payout information. Wagers placed at odds or on terms that are clearly the result of a system or human error may be voided or settled at the correct price, at bambu99's discretion.

9.4 — Sports Betting — Specific Provisions

For sports betting markets including but not limited to EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and other leagues: all bets are accepted subject to the availability of the relevant market and the Operator's right to suspend or close markets at any time. In-play betting is subject to additional latency and connection considerations; Users accept all risks associated with in-play wagering.

9.5 — Maximum Winnings

bambu99 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits per transaction, per day, or per event as communicated in the platform's current payout schedule. Any winnings in excess of applicable limits may be adjusted without notice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bambu99. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform or place wagers without direct human action.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or otherwise in breach of applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a restriction placed on an existing account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through technical means, software exploits, or abuse of known system vulnerabilities.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, and branding elements displayed on or forming part of the bambu99 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of bambu99 or its licensors. This includes but is not limited to the bambu99 name and logo, the platform's software architecture, game interfaces, and all written content published on this website.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any bambu99 content without express prior written permission from bambu99.

Any unauthorised use of bambu99's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

• Any actions taken by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network providers in relation to your transactions.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, bambu99's total aggregate liability to you in relation to any claim shall not exceed the total deposits you have made to your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gambling

bambu99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools and resources to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered Users:

Account Closure & Suspension

14.1 — Closure by User

You may request the closure of your bambu99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money balance (subject to KYC verification and applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

14.2 — Suspension or Termination by bambu99

bambu99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and bambu99, you agree to first raise the matter with bambu99's customer support team and allow a reasonable period of not less than fourteen (14) calendar days for the dispute to be resolved through internal processes.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, bambu99 may, at its election, refer the matter to an independent third-party arbitration or mediation body. The decision of any such body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights or prevents you from making a complaint to an applicable regulatory body in your jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

bambu99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at https://bambu99.cam/terms-conditions.

Where an amendment is material and affects Users' rights or obligations, bambu99 will endeavour to notify registered Users by email or through an in-platform notification prior to the amendment taking effect. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the bambu99 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 14.
